Are you ready to feel GROUNDED?

Reconnect to the Earth, yourself and a like-minded community

Wherever we meet, on screen or under the stars, my hope is that you feel at home here. This is a space to breathe deeply, move freely, and remember that you’re not alone on this journey.

Let’s practice, connect, and explore together, wherever the road leads.

Howdy Friends!

My name is Alauna Roby, and I am a yoga teacher, outdoor retreat host and full-time nomadic nature lover. For the past four years and counting, I’ve been living life on the road, chasing fresh air, good coffee, scenic views and meaningful connections wherever I go.

Through my virtual yoga studio, I offer outdoor yoga classes for you to practice wherever you are in the world. We move, breathe, and grow together - no fancy studio required. Whether you’re rolling out your mat in your living room, your backyard, or on your next trip into nature, the virtual studio is about showing up just as you are and finding a sense of balance and peace along the way.

When offline, you’ll find me hosting outdoor yoga retreats that blend movement, mindfulness, and the simple joy of being outside. These gatherings are part yoga, part relaxation, and all about nurturing community - connecting with the earth, with each other, and with that peaceful part of yourself that only nature seems to unlock.

Teaching Style

Alauna puts an emphasis on the breath in any style of asana she teaches. She teaches mindful movement practices, such as Slow Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, where students hold poses for longer than in a typical Vinyasa Class in order to focus on finding relaxation in both the body and the mind.

Backed by Psychology

Alauna's classes are all backed by her degree in Psychology, which is what inspired her to teach Yoga. Alauna has studied and witnessed first hand the impact that Yoga can have on the mind and body. She understands the importance of taking care of one's mental health and sees it as her purpose in life to help others on their own mental health journey.

"I had the opportunity to meet some incredible women, and spent 5 days learning to accept what is and how to release what no longer serves me. This was such an incredible experience for me. In addition to yoga, I was able to make some self discoveries and set goals for the future. I am so thankful for this experience, and the group that I was able to share and learn from."

"This is exactly what I needed! Originally found and followed this channel for the mobile living content, but have also been searching for a good beginner yoga routine for the longest time. I believe I just found it. Thank you for this."

"I love that we had dinner together every night. It helped create community off the mat too! I truly loved the experience and can’t wait to see what adventure we take next!"
