Teaching Style
Alauna puts an emphasis on the breath in any style of asana she teaches. She teaches mindful movement practices, such as Slow Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, where students hold poses for longer than in a typical Vinyasa Class in order to focus on finding relaxation in both the body and the mind.

"I had the opportunity to meet some incredible women, and spent 5 days learning to accept what is and how to release what no longer serves me. This was such an incredible experience for me. In addition to yoga, I was able to make some self discoveries and set goals for the future. I am so thankful for this experience, and the group that I was able to share and learn from."
